To ensure the continuation of the kind of craftsmanship in design and manufacturing in which Japan takes pride, Hayashi Seiki has established the Craftsmanship Training Center. The aim of the Center is to hand down to succeeding generations the skills accumulated through the company's experience manufacturing watch cases and to foster the human resources that will support the company in the future.
